We have a no refunds policy you may return an item due to a sizing issue. When shopping please order accordingly with sizing seeing that orders are made to order. Based on the sizing difference there is an exchange fee in place. All customers have 5 business days from delivery to email us to notify us of any issues and 10 business days to return the item from when it is received for it to be accepted for an exchange or any issue that needs correcting. Once an exchange is authorized we will send you a link once the fee is payed and we have received the item back you will receive an email along with tracking for your new item. You can exchange items for a different color of the item or sizing customers are responsible for shipping cost of the new item. If you do not contact us within 5 days of receiving your product about an exchange it will not be accepted. Items that are purchased with promo codes with any discounts are non refundable and are final sale.
